Application : For a full bath, dissolve the entire contents of the glass, for a foot bath, dissolve half the amount in 36 – 38 °C warm bath water and enjoy the alkaline bath for 10 – 20 minutes.

Many people associate foot baths only with "cold baths" for the winter. Did you know that an alkaline foot bath is also excellent for cooling off in the summer? The water temperature should be 30-35 degrees Celsius. This creates a cooling effect.
